We all know that confidence is critical to good performance in the moment and long-term career success.  The key question for many of us is how to build confidence—particularly in those areas where we feel less experienced or skilled.  In this fast-paced workshop, we will provide research-based and easily applied approaches to improving self-confidence.  We will also explore the link between confidence and workplace performance and success as well as gender differences in confidence. There will be a brief pre-workshop self-assessment to complete.
