Beyond the hashtagBeyond the Hashtag Learning Series:
#InclusionMeansAction

*Open to all members of The WICT Network*
Thursday, March 30, 2023 – 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (Eastern)

The WICT Network celebrates diversity and inclusion in all its forms. Join us for our next Beyond the Hashtag webinar for a discussion led by Crosby Cromwell from The Valuable 500, panelists from our partner organizations, as well as disability inclusion experts—who will share the steps companies are pursuing to promote policies that create welcoming workplaces.

Disability is broadly intersectional, crossing all boundaries of gender identity, race, ethnicity and more. According to experts in the field, inclusion of people with developmental and/or physical disabilities is an important facet of diversity, and should be a core consideration of policies, budgets, staffing, recruitment and planning for the future. In this program, part of The WICT Network’s Beyond the Hashtag series (sponsored by Cox Communications), gain insights from the experts into actions and best practices that ensure your organization is taking the right steps to safeguard the inclusion of people with differing abilities.

The Beyond the Hashtag learning series was established in the wake of the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements, which ignited a global campaign about the obstacles women encounter routinely in their professional lives. The WICT Network’s #BeyondTheHashtag Learning Series seeks to present real-world solutions by moving workplaces from dialog to action in an effort to build inclusive and equitable workplace cultures that end bias, bigotry and prejudice.
