We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 WICT Heartland Mentoring Program — available to all professionals, women and men alike, who want to strengthen their leadership and career trajectory.

As a participant in this award winning program, you’ll be thoughtfully matched with a senior level mentor from within our industry based on the development areas that matter most to you. Alongside your one on one mentorship experience, you’ll join monthly group sessions featuring dynamic guest speakers covering topics like leadership development, work life balance, interviewing skills with a focus that’s designed to help you confidently take the next step in your career. All sessions will be offered virtually for your convenience.
