The WICT Network is a global organization dedicated to developing leaders who drive transformation across the media, entertainment, and technology industries. Founded in 1979, WICT has grown into the largest organization of its kind, connecting members around the world through leadership development, community, and access to meaningful opportunities. With a mission to foster leadership and champion gender diversity, WICT empowers women at every stage of their careers—making membership an investment in growth, connection, and impact. 

The WICT Heartland Membership Scholarship Program supports professionals who could greatly benefit from WICT membership but may face financial barriers. Individuals are encouraged to first explore employer-sponsored membership options; for those whose membership is not covered, scholarship opportunities are available to help offset the cost. Interested individuals can express interest by completing the online form linked on the WICT Heartland website. Through this program, WICT Heartland increases access, fosters leadership development, retains engaged members, and expands its reach across the industry. .
