Tanea is the Executive Vice President, Global Learning & Leadership Development for Mediabrands where she leads a team responsible for leadership, marketing/media and professional skills development. Tanea also has a private coaching practice, Design You Coaching (TM) that offers leadership coaching and organizational development. Tanea started her career as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture, Inc., and has served as the head of Learning & Development teams for across multiple industries more than 20 years. She has led personal, leadership and team development initiatives in media, entertainment, technology, sales, legal, consumer products, technology, advertising, telecommunications, beauty, education, research and healthcare.
