The WICT Network: NY chapter is partnering with The Colorful Connections (CC) team to deliver a 90 minute workshop on microaggressions and cognitive biases. This workshop will help RETAIN an inclusive membership experience for WICT, and also equip professionals with essential skills to elevate individual performance in their respective jobs. Below is a snapshot of the topics that will fuel our workshop and discussion:

  • Putting a Stop to Micro-aggressions and Banter – How can we put a stop to exclusionary behavior such as micro-aggressions and banter in the workplace? How to build a more inclusive workplace.
  • Cognitive Biases Workshop – Training to identify and address bias, lead sensitive conversations with empathy, and learn behaviors that foster a more inclusive team culture.
