Are you ready to focus on your professional development? WICT is here to help! We’re excited to announce that we’re accepting applications for the 2021 WICT Heartland Mentoring Chapter Program — open to both men and women. When joining this award-winning program, you’ll be carefully and intentionally matched with a senior-level mentor, in our industry, who specializes in the focus areas you identify. 

In addition to meeting with your mentor, you’ll attend monthly group sessions with guest speakers that focus on professional development, work-life balance, interviewing skills and more — all to help you take that next step in your career. All sessions will be available virtually.  

To participate in the 2021 WICT Heartland Mentoring Program, you must be a current member. Not a WICT Heartland member? No problem! Click here to sign up, and be sure to ask your leader whether your membership can be covered by your employer.
